It really isn't about money, so much as knowing they were great help getting you both through all of the stressful planning and such. I think starting a photo album, pre-wedding, wedding and post wedding would be loved. What are some of their favorite ways to spend their time? Would they enjoy a dinner theater? Are they gamblers, would Vegas be something they would enjoy? Perhaps a weekend at the lake or resort for fishing and relaxing? You'll figure it out. Not knowing your families, I think it should be something that has a special meaning to both parents.
