  1. My sister was thrilled to get this Canon as a birthday gift. She tells me the pictures are great.

  2. I bought this PINK camera for my daughter and within two weeks the camera would shut down due to an error code that eventually could not be solved. Tech support suggestions could not solve the problem. She had to send it in for repairs/replacement. Canon sent a new camera back, however it was an orange one. They refused to send a pink one to replace the one I bought. They basically said too bad, so sad, this is all you get. Amazon services were great, shipping was right on time and the packaging was superb. The camera is great…..when it works. Canon’s service policy and customer service, however, is sub-standard. They did send the new (ORANGE) camera within a reasonable amount of time, but if I wanted an orange one I would have bought one. I will never buy a Canon product again because of the way they told us to kiss off and I will be all too happy to spread the word about Canon’s take it or leave it attitude for their customers. Maybe they’re comfortable with their current market share of Digital Cameras? But I now will start looking at the Nikon’s and Panasonic’s. Canon’s technical quality is not that much better than the competition to have to sacrifice quality of service.

  3. I love the camera. Pictures come out so clear and i love the color. I had a canon from a few years ago and the 14.1 is defiantly an upgrade. I like the new slick look of it and how its less bulky. Everyone who has taken pics on my camera, want the same one.

  4. I’ve owned many Canon point and shoot cameras and this is by far the best yet. The different settings make the camera a lot of fun. And the color is great!

  5. When you take a photo with this camera all you need to do is point and shoot and the camera will adjust to create an excellent picture. Unlike most cameras this one has an automatic focus and scene setting, so whether you are taking a picture in low light, or in the sun the camera will make the necessary adjustments to create a great photo. I did have problems opening the AV cable cover because it would not fully open. I am not sure if it was just my camera, or a design flaw, but it was a noticeable problem. The camera is about the size of a cell phone and it has a 4X optical zoom. It is the best digital camera I have ever purchased and I would recommend it for anyone who wants a small compact camera for everyday use.
